Shipping

Domestic
Domestic orders are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Depending on location, most orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days once the package hits the mail. We aim to get orders packed and out the door within 5-10 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.

International
International orders are mostly shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. We can also utilize USPS Priority, UPS Worldwide, or even DHL if you prefer. Please message us with any special delivery requests or to arrange an alternative shipping solution. Tina Green is not responsible for payment of any duty or import fees.

PLEASE NOTE : Tina Green Gallery is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays. 

Return & Exchanges

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at tinagreengallery@gmail.com. Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 20 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. After 20 days, all sales are final.

Initial shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and cover up to $30 of the return shipping cost. Any return shipping charges exceeding $30 will be deducted from the refund.

Tina Green Gallery reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is damaged. We cannot issue an exchange, refund, or store credit until the item is physically back in the studio and has been inspected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns / Exchanges: We're currently unable to offer prepaid shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. If you'd like to cover the shipping cost back to us, we’d be happy to process your request.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please email us at tinagreengallery@gmail.com, and we will process the cancellation as quickly as possible. If a cancellation is requested after an item has already shipped, we are happy to accept a return once it is sent back to us; however, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing, Damaged or Stolen Packages

We know what a bummer it is when something happens to a highly anticipated package. While we hope all of our shipments make it to their new homes safely, we know that issues can sometimes occur during transit.

We are happy to assist customers in filing claims with mail carriers; however, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Tina Green Gallery is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

All shipments include tracking. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customers may file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages within 30 days after the carrier has marked the order as delivered. In some cases, carriers may require additional documentation or time to complete an investigation.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking information closely once your order ships.
